Consulting

We propose the development of businesses focusing on exports, imports, and trilateral trade, among other ventures abroad. We establish overseas bases and conduct business with a local focus by utilizing local agents. With our extensive network, specialized expertise, and broad range of connections, we offer comprehensive support from planning to implementation and aftercare for our clients’ new business initiatives and market entries.

Trilateral Trade

Tripartite trade requires keeping track of more trading partners compared to bilateral trade, which means there are more aspects to consider. Therefore, while it may require more effort, there are benefits for companies.

  • Goods Flow:

Goods flow directly from the exporting country (Country B) to the importing country (Country C) without the involvement of an intermediary (Country A). There is no direct sales contract between the exporting country (Country B) and the importing country (Country C).

  • Money Flow

Settlement occurs between the intermediary (Country A), who purchased the goods, and the exporter (Country B).
Settlement also takes place between the intermediary (Country A), who sold the goods, and the importer (Country C).

Sales contracts are established between the intermediary (Country A) and the exporter (Country B), as well as between the intermediary (Country A) and the importer (Country C).

Overseas bases

Utilizing our extensive network, we import and export processed raw materials such as canned and frozen foods, dried fish, bonito for raw consumption, and tuna.
